Almost all of our classes are pre-recorded. We occasionally do live classes on our Instagram page, so follow us there if you want to stay updated on the latest live classes.
Will the old classes get deleted, or are they there forever?
We don’t plan on deleting any of the old classes. You will have access to all of them as long as you have an active subscription plan.
Is there a way to sign up for only 1 month?
You can sign up for our monthly plan, and if you decide that you only want to do one month, you can cancel at any time.
How many new classes are there each month?
Currently with the global pandemic, we are uploading about 15 new classes per month to give people as much value for the price as we possibly can while they are stuck at home.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to My Account > Billing > Change Plan > Cancel Membership
If you do not see the option to cancel, but are certain you have an active subscription, it is likely that you signed up via the iPhone or Apple TV app, in which case your subscription is managed by Apple. Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you are on a monthly recurring subscription you may cancel at any time and will not be charged for further months. You will still have access to classes until the period you have paid for expires. If you are on a yearly subscription you may cancel at any time but will not be refunded for the remaining period of your subscription. You will still have access to the classes until your year ends. No further charges will be made once you cancel your subscription.
Is your service available in my country?
Our service is available worldwide! However, a handful of countries and internet service providers might block either our site, or American websites in general. If you are having trouble viewing our site, consider trying a VPN service.
How can I download the classes for offline use?
While you can’t download a file, you can pre-load the files onto your iPhone using the iPhone app.
Do you have single class purchases?
We don’t currently have single class purchases, but if we did we’d probably charge the same amount for 1 class as we are charging for the monthly subscription. If you are interested in only 1 specific class, you can always sign up for the monthly plan and cancel later if no other classes are of interest.
What does it mean that the classes are “mirrored”?
We flip all the footage in our online classes so that you can more easily follow along. For instance, when the choreographer lifts their arm to the side, you should lift your arm to the same side. When they say “right” it truly means “right” to you as well.
For the yearly plan, do I pay for it all at once, or in monthly increments?
The yearly plan and the 6 month plan are both paid up front when you sign up. This makes it cheaper per month than the monthly plan. You will not be billed again until your year or 6 months has run out.
How do I connect this to my TV?
You can use Chromecast, or a wired connection (usually HDMI) from your laptop.
Is this free? How does this work?
As much as we wish we can provide this for free, we need to pay our bills somehow. For $14.65/month (or less, if you choose a longer plan) we believe we are providing the best value for an online dance class subscription on the internet. Check out our plans here: https://bfunkdance.com/join
Can I post myself doing the choreography on Instagram?
Sure! We’d actually love for you to do so. Just make sure to tag the choreographer as well as @bfunk so we can see your progress!
Is there music in these online classes? How do I watch them perform it to the music?
For most of our classes, there's a link in the description to a video which shows a performance of the choreography to the music. Some of our classes have music for you to follow along to in the class. For any and all music on our website, permission has been granted to us by the rights owner.
